Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Koordi. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities when you use our platform.

By creating an account, completing a profile, or otherwise using Koordi (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Koordi on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Koordi. Koordi is designed for event professionals and the clients who work with them. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the services, portfolio, images, and other content you add to your profile. By publishing content on Koordi, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to publish content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or misrepresents your work or credentials.
  • Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Koordi's reference confirmation records what Koordi reviewed at a point in time. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any professional's future performance, availability, or the outcome of any engagement. Clients remain responsible for their own due diligence and hiring decisions.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its normal operation, scraping data, or using it to send spam or fraudulent communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may stop using Koordi and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koordi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any engagement between vendors and clients.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Koordi after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
