• Carry out the reference-confirmation process you request.
• Communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• Keep Koordi secure and improve how it works.

Your public Koordi page displays the profile content you choose to publish, along with your reference status and date. You control what appears on your public profile. Sensitive account details such as your password are never shown publicly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Koordi (for example, hosting and email delivery), when required by law, or with your consent. These providers are bound to handle your data securely.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
